We have been in the wireless business over 13 yers and will flash (reprovision) your handset in-house when others who say they can "Flash" your phone, keep it for a couple of days, and then tell you it couldn't be done or they end up damaging your handset (or as we call it "Brick" your handset).
We do not send your phone out to have some else flash it, then double charge you;

Our charge for our in-house flashing/reprovisioning is minimal compared to others and we use only approved software. So keep using your own handset; but "See Us First" before "You See Anyone Else"!
